MFT Leader Service Providers (m/w/d)
Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Lead and manage the Multi-Functional Team (MFT) for service provider platform procurement
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the purchasing strategy , in collaboration with a cross-functional team including two other buyers
Execute the corporate Purchasing policy
Conduct global market analysis, including sourcing strategies and offset agreements
Manage the end-to-end sourcing process (CFT, RFP, etc.) and oversee contract management
Drive supplier performance by monitoring, evaluating, and fostering improvement
Identify and lead value creation projects and support product/service innovation
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with suppliers
Ensure effective supplier risk management
Desired skills and qualifications
Completed studies in the field of economics, engineering or comparable
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing and project management
Negotiating skills and a confident manner at different hierarchical levels in an international environment
Very good communication and conflict management skills
International experience and ability to work in a team
Business fluent in English; good knowledge of German
Knowledge of French is an advantage
