Accountabilities:
- Manage concierge referral requests by understanding member needs, preferences, and healthcare requirements.
- Research and identify high-quality providers that align with member needs, insurance coverage, and care preferences.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with provider offices and ensure members receive ongoing support throughout the process.
- Collect accurate provider information, including availability, insurance participation, services offered, and conditions treated.
- Balance efficiency, service quality, and performance goals while maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed service level agreements and quality standards for referral management.
- Assist members with collecting and transferring medical records to support continuity of care.
- Collaborate with Member Care, Clinical, Quality, Training, and Records teams to resolve issues and improve member experiences.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with healthcare providers, members, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Support members by explaining available benefits and connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Continue developing expertise and taking on additional responsibilities to create greater value within the role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain services, coordinate with provider offices, and gather scheduling information.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise messages for internal teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to collect, verify, and accurately enter data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases and priorities.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable asking questions, seeking support, and proactively solving problems.
- Ability to perform internet research and navigate online resources effectively.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with common office tools, including Google Workspace, CRM systems, and related software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A positive attitude, sense of humor, and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare navigation, customer support, care coordination, or a related field is a plus.
- Hourly pay of $20.72 USD in the United States.
- Compensation determined based on location, skills, experience, and internal pay equity.
