Accountabilities:

    The Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robust software solutions while contributing to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering excellence.

    • Design and develop scalable, highly available applications across backend and frontend layers.
    • Build backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js, creating efficient and maintainable services.
    • Develop modern frontend experiences using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with API Gateway solutions.
    • Work with microservices and microfrontend architectures to support scalable digital platforms.
    • Implement and maintain asynchronous communication solutions using messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and AWS SQS.
    • Develop solutions connected to relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL environments.
    • Apply cloud development practices using AWS services.
    • Create and maintain automated tests, including unit tests and contract tests, ensuring software reliability.
    • Participate in code reviews, technical refinements, and architectural discussions.
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
    • Contribute to CI/CD processes, observability practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with strong full-stack expertise, experience building distributed systems, and the ability to contribute to complex technical decisions.

      • Solid experience developing backend applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Node.js with NestJS.
      • Strong frontend development experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
      • Practical experience with frontend ecosystems including Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, and Axios.
      • Experience designing and implementing microservices and microfrontend architectures.
      • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integrations with API Gateway platforms.
      • Experience with messaging-based communication using technologies such as RabbitMQ and AWS SQS.
      • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and RDS environments.
      • Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services.
      • Experience implementing automated testing strategies, including JUnit and Pact contract testing.
      • Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
      • Strong knowledge of Git workflows and experience with CI/CD practices using tools such as Jenkins and Docker.
      • Experience working in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
      • Excellent communication skills to lead technical discussions, refinements, and requirement discovery sessions.
      • Experience with Jira for task and defect management is a plus.
      • Knowledge of UML documentation and system modeling is a plus.
