Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes. We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 200+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.The RoleArch is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale our growth marketing engine during a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Arch’s demand generation programs across segments, personas, and channels.This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of marketing strategy, revenue growth, and customer engagement. You will build the programs, processes, and measurement frameworks that drive acquisition, expansion, and retention across Arch’s customer lifecycle — from generating awareness and demand to nurturing prospects, accelerating pipeline, and supporting customer growth.You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing Operations to develop coordinated go-to-market programs that reach the right audiences, activate the right channels, and deliver measurable business outcomes.The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who has experience creating demand engines from the ground up. You are equally comfortable developing growth strategy, launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and building scalable systems that connect marketing activity to revenue impact.Your responsibilities will include:Own and execute Arch’s demand orchestration strategy across customer segments, personas, channels, and lifecycle stagesBuild and scale structured acquisition, expansion, and retention programs that drive pipeline growth and customer engagementDevelop multi-channel growth programs across inbound, outbound, lifecycle, partner, and referral channelsPartner with Product Marketing to align demand programs with product positioning, launches, and key market momentsBuild lifecycle marketing programs, including nurture tracks, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys that support acquisition, retention, and expansionPartner with Sales to align marketing campaigns with outbound motions, develop territory-level micro campaigns, and create coordinated go-to-market strategies for high-priority accountsWork closely with the Partnerships team to activate Arch’s partner network as a scalable demand generation channelDevelop referral and network-based growth programs that leverage Arch’s existing customer and partner ecosystemPartner with Marketing Operations to build and optimize the marketing technology stack, attribution model, and reporting infrastructure that connects programs to revenue outcomesBuild scalable playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms that...
