This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, risk management, and asset management. As an Analyst on the Consolidations and Reporting team reporting to a Senior Manager, you will focus on ensuring accurate consolidations of Hilton's captive insurance.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Prepare monthly close journal entries
- Perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations, including resolution of discrepancies
- Prepare/review monthly financial statements for insurance entities
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Engage with Risk Management team on insurance renewals and allocation
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide requested documentation
- Support all other consolidation and reporting processes
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- One (1) year of work experience in accounting.
- Understanding of US GAAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Public Accountant or exam candidate
- Knowledge of insurance-specific accounting
- Experience with Peoplesoft or Hyperion Financial Management/FCCS
- Advanced level Excel skills

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $57,500 – $80,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
