Role responsibilities
As the first GTM Engineer at Pogo, you will partner with various teams to build AI-powered systems that enhance revenue. You will audit the existing GTM stack, build internal tools, and publish playbooks to streamline operations.
Requirements
Candidates should have 2-5 years of software engineering experience, particularly in GTM or growth systems. Familiarity with AI tools and the modern GTM stack is essential, along with strong communication skills.
