Accountabilities:

• Act as the main reference point for SAP FI/CO governance, ensuring correct configuration, adherence to business rules, and system integrity across the ERP ecosystem.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical SAP solutions, ensuring alignment between finance teams and IT.
• Maintain and improve SAP documentation, including functional specifications, process mappings, and configuration records to ensure governance and traceability.
• Design and execute complex test scenarios, supporting end-to-end UAT cycles with key users and ensuring solution quality before production release.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes such as accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and fixed assets.
• Support integration between SAP FI/CO and other modules (MM, SD), ensuring seamless financial data flow across enterprise systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO, including deep knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP Fiori navigation.
• Proven experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FS) with high technical detail.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including AP/AR, treasury, cash flow, general ledger, and fixed assets.
• Experience with SAP integration across MM and SD modules, ensuring consistent financial and operational data flows.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into system configurations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Nice to have: SAP certifications (FI/CO), knowledge of Brazilian tax and compliance frameworks, BI tools (Power BI, SAC, Tableau), Agile methodologies, and advanced English.
