Accountabilities:

    The Senior Business Strategist will own the full lifecycle of strategic business development opportunities, from initial discovery through partnership launch. This role requires a consultative mindset, strong digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to connect business challenges with actionable solutions.

    • Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities by qualifying prospects, identifying business needs, and determining strategic fit.
    • Lead discovery conversations with enterprise-level stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, digital maturity, and success criteria.
    • Partner with internal specialists across SEO, paid media, analytics, and creative disciplines to build integrated growth strategies.
    • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations to senior decision-makers.
    • Guide prospects through the evaluation process, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth transition into client delivery teams.
    • Maintain ownership of pipeline performance, tracking opportunities, conversion rates, deal size, and overall business impact.
    • Use data, research, and AI-powered tools to improve prospect analysis, strategy development, and decision-making.
    • Contribute to industry visibility through thought leadership, content creation, professional communities, and strategic conversations.
    • Share market insights and customer feedback to continuously improve business development strategies and offerings.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in digital marketing strategy, client engagement, and consultative business growth. They should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, managing ambiguity, and translating complex concepts into clear business outcomes.

      • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, account management, business development, or a related strategic role.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, analytics, and how they work together to drive business results.
      • Proven experience presenting strategies and recommendations to executive audiences, including VP and C-level stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and manage complex enterprise conversations.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to qualify opportunities and support strategic recommendations.
      • Experience managing sales or business development pipelines with measurable revenue goals.
      • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while maintaining organization, discipline, and accountability.
      • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, strategy creation, and productivity.
      • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Experience in a digital agency environment or a client-facing growth strategy role is preferred.
      • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
      • Experience across multiple digital marketing disciplines is highly valued.
