Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist (German or French Speaker)

Ecolab is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Kraków.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Screen incoming applications and verify basic qualifications, skills and eligibility

  • Create, adjust and optimise job descriptions in line with business needs and market standards

  • Post and manage job advertisements across various job boards and sourcing channels

  • Support candidate sourcing activities using internal systems and external platforms

  • Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS (e.g. Workday)

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support ongoing recruitment processes

  • Contribute to talent pooling and pipeline building activities

  • Support early career hiring initiatives and employer branding activities when needed

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and process coordination

  • Assist with administrative recruitment tasks and process improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (HR, Business, Psychology or related field)

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR or administrative/customer-facing role

  • Fluent English and very good command of German or French (min. B2/C1)

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with job posting, sourcing or candidate screening

  • Ability to work with multiple recruitment systems and tools

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS

  • Interest in developing within Talent Acquisition
