Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment and optimization.

- Analyze technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and improve application performance and reliability.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.

- 6+ years of professional experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles, architecture, and best practices.
- Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of technical initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
