Accountabilities

    • Own the end-to-end product-led growth strategy, managing the customer journey from acquisition and activation through adoption, retention, and expansion.
    • Build and optimize acquisition programs through SEO, content marketing, paid channels, partnerships, and referral initiatives to drive qualified self-service users.
    • Design onboarding and lifecycle campaigns that accelerate users toward first value through email programs, nurture sequences, and in-product experiences.
    • Develop engagement strategies that increase feature adoption, reduce user drop-off, and improve long-term product usage.
    • Define and scale product-qualified lead (PQL) strategies by identifying usage signals that indicate expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams.
    • Create and maintain a complete lifecycle framework, ensuring the right messaging reaches users at the right moment across multiple channels.
    • Establish funnel measurement frameworks across acquisition, signup, activation, adoption, conversion, and expansion stages.
    • Run growth experiments, analyze performance data, and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Collaborate closely with Product teams to influence roadmap decisions and translate product improvements into compelling user-facing campaigns.
    • Partner with Product Marketing to strengthen positioning and messaging across landing pages, lifecycle communications, and in-product experiences.
    • Requirements

      • 5–8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong experience in product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing roles.
      • Proven track record managing and improving self-service funnels, including measurable success in acquisition, activation, engagement, or expansion initiatives.
      • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, legal technology, insurance technology, or similar industries is preferred.
      • Strong knowledge of marketing automation and lifecycle platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, or equivalent tools.
      • Experience using product analytics platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or similar solutions to drive decisions.
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, design experiments, interpret results, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
      • Demonstrated experience partnering with Product teams and influencing roadmap priorities through data and customer insights.
      • Experience creating PQL frameworks or sales/customer success handoff processes based on product usage signals.
      • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
      • Self-motivated and comfortable working in an environment where you are building processes, strategies, and growth frameworks from the ground up.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
