Global Implementation Manager (m/f/d) - Road Logistics

As a Global Implementation Manager, you will lead business-critical transformation initiatives across our Road Logistics network, working closely with country organizations and global stakeholders to ensure successful adoption, operational excellence, and lasting results.

How you create impact

• Lead country and site implementations as part of our global Road Logistics transformation program.
• Drive the rollout of our Transport Management System (TMS), related processes, and operating model.
• Own implementation activities from planning and testing to go-live and stabilization.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful adoption with minimal operational impact.
• Partner with country management and operations teams to drive alignment and accountability.
• Deliver training and enablement activities to prepare local teams for new ways of working.
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of ownership, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Several years of operational experience within Road Logistics.
• Experience in implementation, transformation, change management, or large-scale operational projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% and occasionally work evenings or weekends during implementation phases.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
