Job Description
You will work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and engineering teams to ensure our solutions are technically sound, market-relevant, and aligned with customer needs. Your ability to translate complex architecture into compelling, real-world solutions—paired with strong communication and presentation skills—will be instrumental in winning new business and building lasting, high-impact customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Act as a trusted advisor and technical thought leader for Oracle customers
Build and nurture strong relationships by understanding clients’ business challenges and strategic goals
Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle
Lead technical presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions that highlight the value of Oracle ‘sAI-native Cloud Applications powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant insights for diverse audiences
Respond to RFx’s and security questionnaires, with respect to product/solution information as needed.
Strategic Sales Support
Collaborate with sales teams to craft and execute strategies for engaging key accounts
Provide deep technical expertise and credibility throughout high-impact sales cycles
Qualify opportunities and design tailored presentations and demonstrations that showcase solutions that address specific customer needs
Contribute to compelling proposals, demos, and presentations that drive business outcomes

Create and deliver impactful training sessions and enablement materials
Championship of a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization
