Accountabilities:

    • Lead enterprise consumer strategy for seasonal, tentpole, and occasion-based growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to drive incremental demand and unlock new growth avenues.
    • Analyze and synthesize consumer, market, retail, and cultural trends to anticipate emerging behaviors and define future category opportunities.
    • Develop forward-looking insights that move beyond historical reporting, delivering strategic recommendations on priorities, investments, testing opportunities, and innovation pathways.
    • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, retail, category, analytics, and innovation teams to align consumer insights with business objectives and activation strategies.
    • Influence executive decision-making by presenting clear, compelling, and actionable growth recommendations based on robust consumer understanding.
    • Champion new ways of thinking about consumers, occasions, and category expansion, helping the organization identify adjacent markets and evolving consumption moments.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline preferred.
      • 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, consumer strategy, category strategy, shopper insights, innovation strategy, or related fields.
      • Proven expertise in translating consumer, market, and retail data into enterprise-level strategic recommendations and growth initiatives.
      • Strong experience leading complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional strategic projects while influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
      • Deep understanding of emerging consumer trends, unmet needs, occasion-based marketing, and category expansion opportunities.
      • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to connect insights to tangible business outcomes.
      • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with executive presence and the ability to simplify complex insights into compelling narratives.
      • Demonstrated curiosity, commercial acumen, and the ability to challenge conventional thinking to uncover new opportunities.
