In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Build, and maintain .NET Core backend services and RESTful APIs, including controller design, middleware, dependency injection, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and API versioning.
  • Build and maintain React.js front-end components, including state management (Redux or Context API), responsive UI design, and integration with .NET Core API backends.
  • Maintain MS SQL Server database schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries (SQL Server 2016 or above), while applying relational data modeling best practices for enterprise application workloads.
  • Lead technical design for complex features by translating business requirements into well-structured API contracts, data models, and front-end component architecture.
  • Integrate applications with internal enterprise systems and third-party REST APIs, defining integration patterns and handling authentication flows, data transformation, and error management.
  • Drive code quality within the team, conduct thorough code reviews, identify technical debt, and recommend improvements to engineering standards and patterns.
  • Apply the full SDLC across the application portfolio, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Debug and resolve production issues across .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and React layers, maintain technical documentation, and participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD delivery practices using Azure DevOps.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in full-stack web development with hands-on delivery in .NET Core and React.
  • Strong proficiency in building REST API services using ASP.NET Core, including controller and route design, dependency injection, middleware pipeline, model validation, and authentication (JWT/OAuth2). 
  • Solid experience building React applications with modern JavaScript (ES6+), state management (Redux or Context API), hooks, responsive design, and integration with .NET Core REST API backends.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, including complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, indexes, schema design, and query performance tuning. 
  • Experience designing, versioning, and consuming REST APIs, solid understanding of HTTP patterns, authentication (JWT, OAuth2, API key), and integration with third-party enterprise services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead feature design, conduct meaningful code reviews, and drive engineering best practices within a delivery team.
  • Solid familiarity with Git branching strategies, Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools, and sprint-based delivery with strong English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

  • Experience with .NET 6/7/8 features: minimal APIs, SignalR, background services (IHostedService, Worker Services), or gRPC.
  • Familiarity with Azure services in a .NET context such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, or Azure Key Vault.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning, including execution plans, index optimization, and query analysis using SSMS.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing in .NET, including xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest, and React testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Exposure to microservices patterns or API gateway architecture in a .NET ecosystem.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for .NET build, test, and deployment automation
  • Experience working in international, cross-time zone Agile delivery teams.
