Accountabilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle from concept development through final delivery across web and UI projects
- Create original visual designs using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and timely delivery
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with client requirements and feedback
- Adapt designs across different industries and brand styles for a global client base
- Ensure strong attention to usability, aesthetics, and responsive design principles
- Continuously refine work based on feedback and maintain high design standards
- 3+ years of experience in UI and web design (freelance or full-time)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end design projects independently
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital design work
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a structured schedule aligned with US Eastern Time (9 AM – 6 PM ET)
