At Northrop Grumman, you will have the resources, support, and team to do some of the best work of your career.The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions CIDO team is seeking an experienced Manager Computer Systems Analysis 1 to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our East Hartford, Connecticut location.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Lead and mentor Classified Solutions staff of cyber professionals and system admins, desktop techs, and network engineers performing direct administration of Information Systems and associated classified networks.Oversee strict program control processes that mitigate risk and support system Assessment and Authorization (A&A). This includes process support, analysis, coordination, security certification testing, security documentation, investigations, software research, hardware introduction and release, emerging technology research, inspections, and periodic audits.  Oversee the implementation of required government policy (i.e., DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) to ensure compliance.Work across disciplines to isolate issues between software, firmware, and hardware, between software and operating systems, between networks and applications, and between one-time events and recurrent systematic problems.Keep multi‑user classified servers and networks running reliably (install, patch, upgrade, monitor, configure).Recommend and implement system enhancements, to include automation, that will improve the performance of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.  Lead creation and upkeep of standard operating procedures, and configuration guides.Align support activities with business goals, managing performance metrics and adapting resources as needs change.Produce clear written reports and deliver oral briefings for all internal stakeholders and external partners, keeping everyone informed of status, risks, and outcomes.Interact, meet, discuss, and troubleshoot issues with vendors; evaluate vendor products, services, and suggestions.  Analyze and...
