Accountabilities:

    The professional will be responsible for leading activities related to Oracle Financials access governance, ensuring effective controls, risk mitigation, and compliance throughout the environment.

    • Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews within Oracle Financials environments.
    • Analyze and review user roles, responsibilities, privileges, and access configurations.
    • Evaluate access conflict rules and support the definition of mitigation strategies.
    • Lead discussions with business and technology stakeholders to establish access governance best practices.
    • Support access approval workflows and governance processes.
    • Perform access monitoring, reviews, and audit activities.
    • Identify security and compliance risks and recommend improvements to existing controls.
    • Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a senior Oracle Financials professional with strong experience in access governance, risk analysis, and stakeholder management, capable of working independently in complex enterprise environments.

      • Solid experience as an Oracle Financials Consultant.
      • Practical experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and implementations.
      • Experience managing Oracle roles, responsibilities, and access privileges.
      • Experience with access monitoring, reviews, and audit processes.
      • Knowledge of access conflict rules and approval workflows.
      • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
      • Consultative profile with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to lead initiatives, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
      • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
      • Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
      • Preferred qualifications:

        • Oracle Financials certification.
        • Advanced English skills.
        • Spanish proficiency.
