As a Procurement Training and Communication Staff Specialist on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleDesigning and developing innovative training programs in various formats, including face-to-face, virtual sessions, and e-learning modules, in close collaboration with subject matter experts Delivering engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiencesCoordinating, organizing, promoting, and continuously enhancing the Procurement Academy and its learning offeringsManaging relationships with external training providers and trainers within the Procurement curriculumEvaluating and continuously improving Academy content, processes, and learning experiences to maximize participant value, business impact, and operational efficiencyLeveraging a variety of learning tools, technologies, and methodologies to create impactful and scalable learning solutionsYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedYou are a highly collaborative and customer-focused professional with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for enabling others to succeed.
