Accountabilities:

    • Lead the Revenue Operations function, ensuring commercial leaders have accurate forecasting, financial insights, and performance visibility across the customer lifecycle.
    • Define and implement a comprehensive go-to-market framework that connects lead awareness, sales execution, customer activation, and revenue growth.
    • Partner with Sales and Post-Sales Operations teams to drive strategic planning initiatives, including capacity modeling, territory design, quota setting, and coverage strategies across domestic and international markets.
    • Improve revenue predictability by measuring forecast accuracy, pipeline health, conversion performance, and sales efficiency metrics.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Data, and commercial teams to create seamless revenue processes and optimize customer handoffs.
    • Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights on sales productivity, deal velocity, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and customer retention risks.
    • Develop and mentor high-performing teams while establishing scalable Revenue Operations processes, best practices, and operational standards.
    • Requirements:

      • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Consulting, or another highly analytical business environment.
      • 3+ years of experience leading teams, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees toward shared goals.
      • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, revenue forecasting, sales performance management, and business analytics.
      • Demonstrated experience using data and insights to influence strategic decisions and improve commercial outcomes.
      • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, adapt to evolving priorities, and manage complex initiatives.
      • Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally to achieve revenue growth targets and operational improvements.
