Accountabilities:
- Translate brand and campaign strategies into engaging social content across platforms including LinkedIn, short-form video, carousels, and written formats.
- Monitor cultural trends, industry conversations, and social behaviors to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content.
- Develop creative concepts that reflect a distinctive brand voice and move beyond traditional corporate storytelling.
- Apply strong visual and storytelling skills to determine how content should look, feel, and perform across different channels.
- Partner with content creators and social team members to develop briefs, refine concepts, and improve creative execution.
- Contribute creative perspectives during content planning and strategy discussions.
- Use performance insights, analytics, and audience feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Create content quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality and brand consistency.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across locations and time zones.
- Help shape the evolution of social content approaches by bringing innovative ideas and creative experimentation.
- 4–5+ years of experience in social content creation, creative social, content production, or related roles, ideally with agency experience or a combination of strategy and execution responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and the ability to identify what makes content stand out in competitive digital environments.
- Experience creating content across multiple formats, including written copy, visual concepts, video, and campaign assets.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into compelling creative ideas and actionable content.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills.
- Experience using performance data and audience insights to improve creative decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable contributing ideas and strategic perspectives while remaining hands-on with execution.
- Experience working within remote or globally distributed teams.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
