Accountabilities:

    The OEM Compliance Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing OEM program activities, ensuring operational alignment, compliance with brand requirements, and effective communication across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting business objectives.

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of OEM programs, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
    • Coordinate daily activities with leadership and internal teams to ensure alignment across OEM initiatives.
    • Collaborate with external OEM program managers, agencies, and partners to support program execution and ongoing updates.
    • Implement and maintain dealer website updates, assets, and documentation to meet OEM standards and program expectations.
    • Provide guidance and support to teams including Sales, Customer Support, and Website Delivery.
    • Participate in partner meetings and conference calls to stay informed about program changes, requirements, and industry updates.
    • Analyze program data, reports, and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
    • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps and support corrective actions.
    • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting materials related to OEM activities.
    • Support the creation of training resources, internal documentation, and communication materials.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, strengthen communication, and achieve program objectives.
    • Contribute to long-term strategies that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of OEM program management.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings experience in customer service, operations, compliance, or a related field, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects in a collaborative environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, operations, account management, compliance, or a related field.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommendations.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and develop practical solutions.
      • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
      • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation, reporting, and compliance activities.
      • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, processes, and business requirements.
      • Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
      • Proficiency with common software tools, systems, and digital platforms.
      • Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
      • Bilingual English/French proficiency, both written and verbal, is considered an asset.
      • Knowledge of OEM programs, automotive brand requirements, or dealership operations is preferred.
