You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service throughout the night, handling late check-ins and early departures, responding to guest enquiries, and ensuring the Front Office operates smoothly. In addition to creating memorable guest experiences, you'll complete the overnight audit, reconcile daily financial transactions, and prepare the hotel for a successful start to the next day.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Deliver a warm welcome: Welcome late-arriving guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, issue room keys, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service throughout the night.
- Complete the night audit: Perform the end-of-day audit, reconcile guest accounts and financial transactions, balance daily revenue, and prepare reports to ensure an accurate start for the next business day.
- Support efficient check-out: Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries, resolve concerns with care and professionalism, and ensure the safety, security, and comfort of guests during overnight hours.
- Provide hotel and local knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries
- Promote hotel services: Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximise room and service revenue
- Keep the Front Office running smoothly: Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, communicate effectively with other departments, and ensure the Front Office is organised and ready for the morning shift.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a guest service or front office role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and general front office procedures.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service.
