Role and Responsibilities

As Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will work closely with senior leadership and various HR Centers of Excellence, to ensure alignment with our business objectives and drive excellence in our recruitment practices.

This role will oversee all recruitment activities, leading a team of recruitment professionals, and develop innovative hiring strategies that align with the organization's goals and values; in both the Non-Executive and Executive capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy

    • Design, and manage the talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business objectives and initiatives

    • Analyze labor market trends and develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent

    • Partner with internal stakeholders, leadership and our various centers of excellence, to understand hiring needs and workforce planning; proactively

    • Develop strategies to attract and retain diverse talent across all levels across both Non-Executive and Executive leveled roles

    • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure recruitment aligns with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives

  • Team Leadership

    • Lead a high-performing talent acquisition team

    • Identify various learning opportunities that would be beneficial to the recruitment team to ensure industry best practices are upheld to and visible in ways of working

    • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment activities

  • Recruitment Operations

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding

    • Ensure consistent and inclusive hiring practices across all departments

    • Leverage technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics, to improve recruitment efficiency

  • Employer Branding

    • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to build a strong employer brand

    • Create and promote an authentic employee value proposition to attract diverse talent

    • Represent and extend the talent brand in the market by means of LinkedIn, Career Fairs and Networking Opportunities

  • Budget Management

    • Manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI across all facets of the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Recruitment Operations

Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field

  • 15+ years in managing recruitment teams with proven ability to proactively source and identify talent across geo-dispersed settings

Additional Skills and Requirements

  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.

  • Proven track record of assessing talent and building high-performing teams for growing organizations

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the company’s goals and translate them into actionable talent acquisition plans.

  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives, hiring managers, and external partners.

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

  • An action-oriented personality, comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels

  • Familiarity with Workday (ATS/Recruitment Module)
