Accountabilities:
- Define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. Lead the identification of new opportunities through customer insight, market research, and competitive analysis, translating them into clear product direction and prioritization frameworks. Own complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and platforms, ensuring successful execution from concept through delivery while balancing business value and technical feasibility. Establish and monitor key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance, drive continuous improvement, and inform investment decisions. Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success to support adoption and go-to-market execution. Influence executive leadership through data-driven recommendations, strategic product narratives, and business cases. Mentor and guide other product managers, contributing to overall product discipline maturity across the organization.
- 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud-based technology environments, with a proven track record of owning product strategy and delivery at scale. Strong technical literacy with a solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and modern software development lifecycles. Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market insights into successful product outcomes, backed by strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders without direct authority, combined with excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams. Background in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP ecosystems, or automation platforms is highly valued. MBA or advanced degree is a plus, along with certifications such as CSPO, Product School, or Pragmatic Institute.
