Accountabilities:
- Own and manage a key area of the supply chain, including projects, operational improvements, team development, and future scalability initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Operations Associates, supporting their growth and performance.
- Manage daily operations and ensure teams consistently achieve quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
- Coordinate communication with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle escalations, investigate operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Define, monitor, and improve team performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve processes, and increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports and leadership teams.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational strategy development.
- Contribute to building scalable systems and processes within a high-growth environment.
- 5+ years of total experience in operations, including at least 2 years in a team lead or people management role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage teams, develop people, and drive performance.
- Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve positive business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience managing operational workflows, logistics, or supply chain processes.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve complex problems effectively.
- Proactive mindset with strong adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
- Fast learner with an entrepreneurial approach and ability to work without a predefined playbook.
- Comfortable working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
