Accountabilities:

    The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for owning operational performance, leading teams, improving supply chain processes, and ensuring business objectives are achieved through effective execution and collaboration.

    • Own and manage a key area of the supply chain, including projects, operational improvements, team development, and future scalability initiatives.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Operations Associates, supporting their growth and performance.
    • Manage daily operations and ensure teams consistently achieve quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
    • Coordinate communication with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
    • Handle escalations, investigate operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
    • Define, monitor, and improve team performance metrics and operational KPIs.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve processes, and increase operational efficiency.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports and leadership teams.
    • Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational strategy development.
    • Contribute to building scalable systems and processes within a high-growth environment.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate should have strong experience in operations management, team leadership, and supply chain processes, with the ability to make independent decisions and thrive in a dynamic environment.

      • 5+ years of total experience in operations, including at least 2 years in a team lead or people management role.
      • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
      • Proven ability to manage teams, develop people, and drive performance.
      • Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of outcomes.
      • Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve positive business outcomes.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
      • Experience managing operational workflows, logistics, or supply chain processes.
      • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve complex problems effectively.
      • Proactive mindset with strong adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
      • Fast learner with an entrepreneurial approach and ability to work without a predefined playbook.
      • Comfortable working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
