In this full-stack role, you will be a key contributor to our billing and payments product—which securely powers hundreds of millions of dollars in daily global money movement—making deep production-level experience with Java and Spring Boot a strict requirement. Operating with high autonomy while maintaining close collaboration with our global teams, you will help design new functionalities and elevate our core capabilities. You will be expected to work independently at times, making informed technical and architectural decisions while using product goals as your "North Star".AI-Leveraged Exploration: Proactively uses AI tools to analyse existing codebases, answer architectural questions, and accelerate your understanding of complex system interdependencies is a must.Quality & Security: Ensure that security, quality, scaling, and performance are never sacrificed for speed.System Diagnostics: Regularly use diagnostic tools to resolve issues and answer technical questions quickly and calmly. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively across engineering and product teams.
