Renewal Account Executive (Remote in EST & CST)
Role responsibilities
As a Renewal Account Executive, you will manage and grow a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts through proactive outbound calling. You will present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone, addressing client objections and maintaining accurate customer records.
Requirements
Candidates should have direct sales experience, particularly in the Shipping or Mailing domains, and a strong understanding of SaaS solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to close business over the phone or in virtual environments are essential.
