Role responsibilities

Drive the AI transformation strategy for the Hardware Engineering organization by setting multi-year roadmaps and architecting agentic systems. You will govern a strategic AI portfolio, influence executive leadership, and establish operating models to scale AI capabilities across the company.

Requirements

Requires over 7 years of experience working with engineering teams and 5 years of technical program management experience. Candidates must have a technical degree and demonstrated expertise in AI/ML stacks, including LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks.
