Accountabilities:
- Own and evolve Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure environments for development, staging, and production.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and modern continuous delivery processes for efficient software releases.
- Monitor system performance, cost efficiency, resiliency, and operational health across Azure services and applications.
- Apply infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and containerization practices to support scalable deployments.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and leadership on architecture decisions, estimation, and delivery planning.
- Implement best practices in security, performance, and cloud architecture across all infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot production issues using Azure monitoring tools, logs, and performance indicators.
- Introduce automation, tooling improvements, and new DevOps practices to enhance operational maturity.
- Support Agile development processes and contribute to technical documentation and operational standards.
- 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience in cloud environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including monitoring, managing, and maintaining production-grade systems.
- Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and system administration tasks.
- Experience with Azure services such as Cosmos DB, SQL, Event Hubs, Data Factory, App Configuration, and Azure Functions.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration tools (preferred).
- Experience with infrastructure design, provisioning, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, metrics, and performance monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and Agile environments.
- Azure DevOps Engineer or Azure Developer Associate certification is a strong asset.
