Role responsibilities
The Senior Rooms Operations Manager leads the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with brand standards. They manage staff, coordinate labor scheduling, and strive to improve guest and associate satisfaction.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with 4 years of management experience in guest services or a related area, or a 2-year degree with 2 years of management experience. Proficiency in front and back office systems is required, along with experience in both Front Office and Housekeeping leadership.
