Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP CLM Consultant to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Contract Lifecycle Management solutions. The candidate will work closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Business stakeholders to streamline contract creation, approval, execution, compliance tracking, amendments, renewals, and repository management. Responsibilities align with contract initiation, negotiation, approval, implementation, monitoring, and lifecycle management activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
- Manage contract authoring, templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows.
- Support contract creation, negotiation, review, approval, execution, and storage processes.
- Monitor contract obligations, renewals, amendments, expirations, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams to define contract requirements.
- Configure notifications, alerts, and workflow rules for contract lifecycle events.
- Perform data migration, testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while providing L2/L3 support.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
- Support integrations with Procurement, Supplier Management, P2P, and Sourcing solutions.
