Alice   All Jobs Webint Analyst Intelligence UK Full-time Description Alice is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting intelligence data, writing comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights that help our clients understand and mitigate online risks.Conducting high-level open-source intelligence investigations and creating ad-hoc reports on different topics in the Trust and Safety field.Monitoring third-party websites, forums, messaging app channels, and other platforms to uncover malicious activity. Assessing user-generated content platform-specific policy frameworks to judge suitability for vulnerable audiences, and recommending appropriate action.Assist our product and intelligence teams in better understanding our customers’ needs by tracking their challenges and pain points, following industry trends, and communicating their needs.Analyzing and compiling large data sets and providing meaningful insights. Requirements Must Have:WEBINT / OSINT experience (1-2 years)Strong written and verbal communication skillsFluent in written and spoken EnglishAbility to handle exposure to sensitive or distressing contentNice to have: Experience working on Trust and Safety PolicyA proactive and independent thinker and doerA quick learner of new practice areas and technological toolsIntelligence/Research Background – an advantageExperience with at least 2 languages – an advantageExcellent Excel/Google Sheets skillsExperience with GenAI About Alice Alice is a trust, safety, and security company built for the AI era.
