What you'll do

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to support Docusign’s Partner organization. This senior individual contributor will serve as a strategic thought partner to Partner and GTM leadership, driving financial insight, performance management, and decision support. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is aligned to Docusign's FP&A IC P4 level. P4 team members independently manage end-to-end FP&A responsibilities for business areas of moderate complexity, lead or support annual and longer-range financial analysis, modeling, planning, forecasting and budgeting, and act as strategic, trusted advisors to business leaders. They determine methods and approaches for ad hoc and special assignments, complete deliverables with little to no guidance from their manager, and influence decisions and outcomes across multiple teams through strong collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. The GTM FP&A team is responsible for planning, forecasting, and performance management across our global Sales and Partner organizations. We work closely with leaders in Sales, Partner, Marketing, and Operations to align investments with company strategy, support data-driven decisions, and ensure efficient, scalable growth.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, North America Sales and Global Partners .

 

Responsibility

  • Serve as an FP&A Manager to the Partner organization, providing financial insight and guidance on strategy, investments, and performance

  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for Partner-related revenue, headcount, and operating expenses

  • Build, maintain, and improve driver-based financial models to support scenario analysis, investment cases, and strategic planning

  • Analyze Partner performance across motions, segments, and geographies, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Analytics to develop and refine Partner KPIs, dashboards, and reporting

  • Support quarterly and monthly business reviews, including preparation of materials for senior leadership

  • Evaluate and support Partner initiatives (e.g., programs, incentives, investments) with clear financial frameworks and ROI analysis

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial forecasts and actuals and proactively identify risks and opportunities

  • Help standardize and improve FP&A processes, tools, and models to support scale and efficiency

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role

  • Experience with financial modeling and Excel/Sheets, building and managing driver-based models

  • Experience supporting commercial, GTM, or revenue-generating organizations

  • Experience synthesizing complex data into clear insights and recommendations for non-finance stakeholders

  • Experience working directly with senior business leaders

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Partner, Channel, or Alliances organizations in a SaaS or technology company

  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline, conversion) and GTM performance drivers

  • Experience with planning and reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive/Workday, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, or similar), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar), and AI tools

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative working style

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $132,700.00 - $206,800.00 base salary

 

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
