Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician Level I will provide technical support for onsite customers across various Point of Sale (POS) platforms and is accountable for a specific territory and customers. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics, repairing equipment, and maintaining vehicle and inventory levels.
Requirements
A high school diploma and/or experience in a computer/technical position is required, along with a valid driver's license issued by the state of Oklahoma. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
