Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic accounts in Brazil.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships through personalized communication, proactive support, and continuous engagement.
- Drive client acquisition strategies and identify opportunities to increase customer value and platform adoption.
- Analyze client behaviors, trading patterns, and business needs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design and optimize customer relationship processes, account management workflows, and service strategies tailored to the local market.
- Act as a key connection point between VIP clients and internal teams, including Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
- Prepare customer analysis reports and contribute to localized strategies that improve retention, satisfaction, and business performance.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and customer expectations within the digital asset and financial services landscape.
- Proven experience managing strategic client relationships, preferably with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private banking clients, brokers, or financial institutions.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client services within financial services, banking, asset management, fintech, or related industries.
- Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, digital assets, Web3, or emerging financial technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian and LATAM financial ecosystem, customer behaviors, and market dynamics.
- Native or bilingual Portuguese proficiency, with strong professional English communication skills for international collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build trust with sophisticated clients.
- Ability to analyze data, identify customer needs, and translate insights into business opportunities.
