Introduction

Role and Responsibilities
The Human Resources Representative will be responsible for:
People Services Advisory
Handles inquiries from first contact through registration, escalation, and resolution in a professional and efficient manner, following a first-time-right and end-to-end way of working.
Collaborates with team members to support effective service delivery.
Answers questions across all topics, addresses new issues, and identifies the customer’s underlying needs.
Onboarding
Handles inquiries from registration through escalation and resolution in a professional and efficient manner, following a first-time-right and end-to-end way of working.
Collaborates with team members to support effective service delivery.
Employee Life Cycle
Handles transactions from first contact through registration, escalation, and resolution in a professional and efficient manner, following a first-time-right and end-to-end way of working.
Collaborates with team members in daily operations.
Process Improvements
Identifies discrepancies and makes suggestions on opportunities for improvement.
Supports the implementation of medium and complex data-driven improvements in collaboration with other tiers, including work instructions and knowledge base updates.
Helps minimize waste and inflow, increase efficiency, and improve quality.
Projects
Participates in projects within own scope while ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
Reporting
Generates and delivers routine and ad-hoc reports.
Buddy / Mentor
Acts as a buddy for new team members during their onboarding period.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1–2 years of Human Resources experience.
Experience with HRIS systems, including Workday, required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Human Resources experience within the ASML Business Services organization strongly preferred.
