Vent/Trach Nurse (LPN/RN) - Home Care

NurseCore is seeking highly skilled nurses with hands-on ventilator and tracheostomy care experience to provide one-on-one care for adult patients in the home setting. LPN: $27/hr. RN: $40/hr.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 skilled care for trach and vent-dependent patients in the home setting.
• Manage trachs, vents, airway care, suctioning, G-tubes, and medication administration.
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to vent alarms and respiratory changes.
• Follow physician orders and care plans while working independently.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and the clinical team.

What You’ll Need:

• Recent hands-on experience managing tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients.
• Active RN or LPN license in Nevada.
• Minimum one year post-grad clinical experience.
• Current hands-on CPR certification .
• Negative TB test within the past year
