Accountabilities:

    As a Sr Sales Representative – Neuroscience (Multiple Sclerosis), you will lead sales and customer engagement activities across an assigned territory. You will develop strategic plans, educate healthcare professionals, and collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives while ensuring high standards of compliance and customer service.

    • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales growth, market share, and performance objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, MS clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Deliver scientific, product, and educational presentations tailored to customer needs.
    • Engage customers through in-person interactions and digital communication channels.
    • Identify opportunities and provide customer-focused solutions that support improved patient outcomes.
    • Maintain strong knowledge of Multiple Sclerosis therapies, market dynamics, treatment landscapes, and competitor activities.
    • Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, and other cross-functional teams.
    • Track performance metrics, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
    • Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special situations according to established requirements.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced pharmaceutical or healthcare sales professional with strong business acumen, scientific curiosity, and the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare stakeholders. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex healthcare environment.

      • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
      • Experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales and complex therapeutic markets is highly preferred.
      • Experience or strong knowledge of Multiple Sclerosis is an advantage.
      • Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and patient journey.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop customer-centric strategies.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix and cross-functional organization.
      • Strong account management, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
      • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
      • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
