Kiddom helps schools and districts deliver more equitable, effective, and adaptive learning experiences.As Kiddom's Director, Referral Partnerships, you'll build and deepen relationships with organizations in the K-12 district consulting, professional learning, and intervention spaces, creating new channel sales opportunities for our supplemental offerings, including assessments, tutoring, and Kiddom Atlas. Kiddom already has active relationships with many leading organizations in this space; your job is to formalize and commercialize them into a structured channel program that drives revenue, expands reach, and creates a path to core curriculum adoption. The right candidate moves quickly, builds commercial trust with partners, and can grow a channel program without conflicting with direct sales. You'll work closely with Go-to-Market, Legal, and Product to keep every partnership commercially sound, operationally clean, and positioned to convert supplemental activity into long-term core curriculum purchases.What you'll be doing... Partner Sourcing and EvaluationEvaluate the supplemental and services landscape, conducting structured diligence across commercial, operational, and reputational dimensionsBuild business cases for each relationship based on organizational reach, reputation, and differentiated offeringsProgram ExecutionOwn the end-to-end partner lifecycle from initial conversation through contract execution, onboarding, and ongoing performance managementWork with Kiddom Marketing and Product to build enablement materials partners need to represent Kiddom's supplemental offerings accurately and effectivelyHost regular partner reviews and develop shared success metrics tied to student reach, revenue, and core curriculum upsellGovernance and ReportingMaintain channel pipeline with clear stage information and commercial trackingReport to VP, Partnerships on partner performance, revenue, and market coverageSurface risks and opportunities proactively; propose a path forward before problems escalateWhat we're looking for...6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles within edtech or K-12 services organizationDirect experience building or operating within a channel or reseller programExperience negotiating commercial agreementsComfortable operating in ambiguity and excited by a greenfield motion; able to create structure without waiting for itWhat we offerFull time permanent employees are eligible for the following benefits from their first day of employment:Competitive salaryMeaningful equityHealth insurance benefits: medical (various PPO/HMO/HSA plans), dental, vision, disability and life insurance401k planOne Medical membership (in participating locations)Flexible vacation time policy (subject to internal approval).
