In this role, you will impact the accuracy of demand forecasts and inventory optimization, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of supply chain operations within Honeywell Building Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the formulation and implementation of demand planning strategies to improve forecast accuracy and demand management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to enhance demand forecasts.
- Monitor demand patterns and adjust forecasts to meet customer demands and optimize inventory levels.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency.
- Participate in formal forecast reviews and support the presentation of demand forecasts to leadership.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in demand planning or supply chain management, preferably with exposure to forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to support accurate forecasting.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and demand planning tools such as Rapid Response or SAP APO module.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CPSM, or CPF are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Korean and English, with demonstrated effectiveness working across cultures and regions
