Warehouse Lead
Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour
Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm
About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at our Port of Tacoma facility, supporting a fast-paced 3PL account. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of their area, and holds their team accountable to high performance and process standards. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse team members on a daily basis
- Take ownership of assigned area(s), ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
- Hold team members accountable to performance expectations and standard operating procedures
- Support day-to-day 3PL account operations, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Monitor workflow and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
- Serve as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting on the warehouse floor
- Maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Model strong attendance, work ethic, and professionalism for the team
What We're Looking For
- Prior warehouse and/or team-lead experience required
- 3PL (third-party logistics) experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable attendance and a consistent, dependable work history
- A growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment
