Accountabilities:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new generation of AI-powered client experiences.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, launch, measurement, and continuous iteration.
- Explore new AI capabilities and identify opportunities to create impactful, customer-focused solutions.
- Partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative products.
- Guide cross-functional teams through complex technical and product decisions while maintaining focus on customer value.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, customer support, legal, compliance, and other functions to ensure successful product adoption.
- Build frameworks and processes that support effective AI product development and experimentation.
- Drive a culture of learning, iteration, and thoughtful execution within the product organization.
- Support the continued growth and maturity of product management practices across the organization.
- Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical possibilities into clear product strategies and actionable plans.
- Proven experience building and launching products that customers value, with ownership of complete products or significant product areas.
- Experience managing customer-facing products and platform products with significant technical complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, data, and business teams.
- Experience working in high-growth technology companies or similarly dynamic environments.
- Strong product execution mindset with a focus on shipping, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Technical understanding sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on architecture, systems, and trade-offs.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex information, and define clear product strategies.
- Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex problems into scalable solutions.
- Experience using data, customer insights, and experimentation to guide product decisions.
