As a Senior Associate, on our Epic EHR team, you will work with a team of technical and project management consultant to support integrated initiatives that optimize Epic systems, driving sustainable, enterprise-wide transformation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that address complex digital challenges. Your role will be pivotal in aligning Epic capabilities, enhancing interoperability, streamlining workflows, and improving patient outcomes.

As an Healthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associate you will:  

  • Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems 

  • Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes 

  • Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements 

  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction 

Requirements: 

  • Active Epic certification (must be current) 

  • Minimum 3 years of Epic experience supporting revenue cycle or patient access workflows 

  • Experience with financial clearance, referrals, or related revenue cycle domains 

  • Strong understanding of operational workflows within hospitals or healthcare systems 

  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate business needs into Epic solutions 

  • Project management experience with Epic implementations 

  • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely 

  • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required 

Preferences: 

  • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) 

  • Additional Epic certifications in: Prelude, Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), Grand Central, Cadence 

  • Experience optimizing workflows in complex health system environments 

  • Background in workflow redesign, operational improvement, or project leadership 

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills
