Senior Director of Operations

Role responsibilities

The Senior Director of Operations will lead all operational activities to achieve production excellence and maintain a talented workforce. They will develop strategies to meet performance measures and profitability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of manufacturing experience and at least 2 years in operations leadership. A bachelor's degree and certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or TPM are preferred.
