Your role will be to ensure the evaluation, care, and referral of patients consulting on our platform  by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will closely collaborate with our virtual team to ensure a seamless experience all throughout the patient care journey. Good news, we saved you a seat!What you’ll be doing: Assessing patients via telephone or video and identifying key symptoms.Referring patients to appropriate health services based on clinical assessment (clinic, emergency or virtual appointment with a practitioner).Providing advice on symptom management at home.Prescribing group prescriptions according to your virtual scope of practice.Documenting consultations and following up with patients as needed.This position is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical expertise and excellent communication and customer service skills.We’d love to hear from you if you have:Excellent written and spoken English and French.2+ years of experienceThis position is open to full-time employees (32 hours or more), part-time employees (21 hours), as well as part-time employees on a non-guaranteed hours basis, with availability to work 16 to 20 hours per week.
