Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Plan campaign structures, forecast expected outcomes, define KPIs, and align media strategies with business objectives.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including launches, budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, placements, and optimization.
- Continuously test and improve campaigns through A/B testing of creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing page experiences.
- Analyze performance data from advertising platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Create performance reports with strategic recommendations for improving ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and internal teams to develop high-performing creative strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for paid media discussions, presenting results and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on advertising platform changes, emerging channels, and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong execution quality and client satisfaction.
- 3+ years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, either in an agency or in-house environment.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable performance results.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce performance measurement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Experience with attribution models, funnel analysis, and performance marketing metrics.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, with confidence presenting insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and succeed in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio/Data Studio, Shopify, Klaviyo, or performance creative workflows is a plus.
