主な業務内容
- 国内Reseller・Consulting Partnerとの協業推進
- パートナーとの協業による案件創出（AI活用ユースケースの共同開発を含む）
- パートナー育成施策（Agentforceを含む最新製品群のスキルトランスファー）の企画・実施
- マーケティング施策（パートナーとの共催イベント等）の企画・実行
- Salesforce営業チーム・SE等各部門との連携
- 各種報告
求めているスキル
- 数字への強いこだわりと、目標達成意欲・営業マインド
- 5年以上の法人営業経験（IT業界出身歓迎）
- パートナーチャネルを活かしたエンド顧客へのSelling支援経験（エンタープライズ法人営業経験）
- AIやCRM領域・Salesforce製品群（Agentforce等の最新AIプロダクトを含む）への知識・関心
- 論理的思考力とデータ収集・分析・可視化による数値分析力を活用し、パートナーの経営層・役員とのリレーションを構築し提言するスキル
- 社内外の組織と連携するコミュニケーション力・プレゼンテーション力
