主な業務内容
  • 国内Reseller・Consulting Partnerとの協業推進
  • パートナーとの協業による案件創出(AI活用ユースケースの共同開発を含む)
  • パートナー育成施策(Agentforceを含む最新製品群のスキルトランスファー)の企画・実施
  • マーケティング施策(パートナーとの共催イベント等)の企画・実行
  • Salesforce営業チーム・SE等各部門との連携
  • 各種報告


求めているスキル
  • 数字への強いこだわりと、目標達成意欲・営業マインド
  • 5年以上の法人営業経験(IT業界出身歓迎)
  • パートナーチャネルを活かしたエンド顧客へのSelling支援経験(エンタープライズ法人営業経験)
  • AIやCRM領域・Salesforce製品群(Agentforce等の最新AIプロダクトを含む)への知識・関心
  • 論理的思考力とデータ収集・分析・可視化による数値分析力を活用し、パートナーの経営層・役員とのリレーションを構築し提言するスキル
  • 社内外の組織と連携するコミュニケーション力・プレゼンテーション力
  • 自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性、新しい挑戦を楽しむマインド
