Key Responsibilities
- Follow up to expedites with Sourcing/suppliers (daily)
- Prepare information for service Review meeting as cause and action plan (weekly)
- Review and adjust Safety stock and reorder point (monthly)
- Analyze and update SAP parameters (quarterly)
- Participate in transfer product meeting, provide schedule for pilots (weekly)
- 1:1 with final assy PCAs Handshake
- Follow up to critical shortages and provide impact to MPS/Interplants
- Follow up to exception messages with team and suppliers
- Follow up to obsolete/excess parts
- Ensure delivery confirmations with vendor and reflect dates in SAP (daily)
- Ensure escalation of critical components as C1,C1A, CSR (daily)
- Provide blocked invoice solution with vendor and AP (weekly)
- Purchase requisition conversion to PO (weekly)
- Follow up to tracking numbers and solve any dock/receive issue with logistics (daily)
- Ensure STO compliance for raw materials with shipping area (weekly)
- Follow up STO aging report from internal Rockwell plants (daily)
- ECO Review with Ops coordinator to assign the correct date (weekly)
- Create return PO supporting quality team (daily)
- Attend and participate on Kata meetings (daily)
The essentials - You will have
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or a related.
- 5 years of experience as direct buyer.
- SAP experience
- English Advanced Level
- Excel advanced level
- Purchasing experience in a manufacturing or services environment is helpful
