The successful candidate will be responsible for thermal-fluid analysis, heat exchanger design and optimization, CFD simulation, and development of engineering tools to support product design and technology maturation.
This role requires a strong foundation in heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermal system design, along with experience in simulation-driven engineering and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform thermal sizing of thermal management systems and heat exchangers using analytical and numerical methods.
- Develop and maintain 1D thermal-fluid models to predict system performance.
- Conduct CFD simulations to evaluate flow distribution, pressure drop, heat transfer performance, and identify flow maldistribution issues.
- Support concept development, trade studies, and design optimization activities.
- Analyze test data and correlate results with analytical and simulation models.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in thermal management, heat transfer, and fluid flow analysis.
- Strong understanding of heat exchanger fundamentals and thermal-fluid systems.
- Experience with 1D sizing and performance prediction methodologies.
- Proficiency with CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, CFX, STAR-CCM+, or OpenFOAM.
- Intermediate Python programming skills for engineering calculations, data processing, and automation.
